My first mix....for other people, anyways....

Well, here we go! My bass player came over today & put down some ideas. 3 short songs total, with multiple bass tracks on each song....(kinda the Victor Wooten playing along with himself type of thing).

I got bored tonight & thought a flute would compliment his work, so I gave it a shot & mixed it down.

Let me know what you think on the mix and music both!

Hi Funkdrmr,
The keys beginning is a bit clunky - fade it in better.
Nice jazz feel - nice that someone is being bass conscious too.
Where are the funky drums?
That are a couple of spots where a ride & rim or brush would have done well, not the whole thing mind.
The latter key (?) sound spot on.
Very lounge/chill.
