Now i see how it feels.Its frustrating that someone behind a keyboard has enough courage to say something that they wouldnt in person.The disrespect takes my rage back to old school yard fights. For the record I probably wont be posting any advice until I 'm very well informed on the situation.Hope anything I posted helped someone.I swear if I ever saw this person I don't think I could keep my composure.I don't want to get banned so I'll stop there.I'll keep reviewing tracks and posting them but since I not an expert thats it.Just thought you should know.
 
I dunno what you're upset about, fam. But if you posted incorrect information, and the pros corrected you on it... Eat some humble pie, realize you were wrong, and learn from it.

It's a process. Get used to it, and don't take it personal.
 
And no need to create a thread to whine about it...it's the internet, dude. Once you post something here, it's fair game. You don't automatcally get respect, you earn it here.

What's up RB,

Man I don't have a clue what your talking about but don't sweat it, it's just the internet. Yeah a lot of people say things that they wouldn't in person but that's just something we have to accept being on a public forum. Weed out and ignore the BS, don't let it get you upset.

I feel that.It wasnt even that I was corrected.It was the insulting way it was done. Useless is not a word that I can easily ignore I think thats why I was so riled up. It wasn't at South at all.I know he knows what he's talking about and i got a lesson.Just anyone making insulting comments is really unprofessional.

You sound like dude.All this talk about whining cus i brought it up.Well if thats what you want to call it .Seems to me we need some respect on these here boards.
 
We all go through it RB. I get corrected on shit sometimes but you have to take into consideration that how you read something might not be how that person meant it...or it might have been. No use to get emotional about it. People gonna be people no matter which form of communication you use. You just take the info that came out of it and use it to make you better. Simple as that.

P.S. I have no idea what thread started all of that.
 
I don't know what this is about but I will say this. A lot of folks are looking for advice on how to wisely spend their hard earned money. If other folks spout bad/incorrect info or talk up gear they've read about somewhere and have never even been in the same room with, well, when you've seen it happen multiple times, some people will jump right on 'em. Can you blame them?
 
I feel you how it can get you mad and such. But, in this industry you can't let anything get in your way of seeing what you need to do. You have to have a stone heart to people who waste your time. Sometimes cats try to get you all worked up just to keep you down. I get it all the time. Some people never want to see you shine.

But, if you were corrected on something, just take it in and learn. That's all you can do. Don't think about it over and over. Just move on. Cause you have to do what you got to do. Make your cash and work...

It's like if I got an email about some cat going on and on with some disrespect. I see it and then delete it or send it to my manager for record. I move and go to work and get paid. Cause if I email back and forth about some BS, I loose money I could be making and dude won. Focus on what really matters...

And if someone posts endless things about you, then you set it striaght and tell it how it is and it makes that person look dumb... Real talk.

Happens all the time.
For whatever reason ... on the 'net .... basic courtesies go right out the window with a lot of people and most of the time they don't really mean anything by it. They're just trying to be funny or they're in a bad mood or whatever. Take the info and forget about the rest. It's not important ..... it's just some insultbot on the 'net.

You aren't automatically given respect on this BBS, or the internet for that matter, you have to earn it.

it be like that people will tell you, you suck and not listen to your shit.
its like the police there picked on there whole life and one day they get a badge now there the newest bad ass.
whats funnier to me is the internet beef on soundclick, people making diss songs on people they dont know.
I dont have no problem with someone pointing out something I looked over but some people just want to flame people.
