can a delta 66 fit any computer, because i'm looking at the back of my computer i don't see any space where it could fit, if there's no room what can i do, just take the shell off my computer or get new tower case? sorry such a noobie question, i'm just clueless on computers. i dont want to buy and not be able to use it.

You need an available PCI slot, which you may not be able to determine without removing your case. If you don't have an available PCI slot, just getting a new case will not solve the problem, you'll need a new motherboard.

What are the specs (cpu, ram, hard drive, etc...) on your computer?

There are "slots" for it . You just have to remove the "covers" . Have someone who knows about computers help you out. You dont wanna be jamming anythign into the wrong places
