I...oh man...I actually HAVE the Chipmunks Christmas Album...and I do mean album (on vinyl)... I'm definitely gonna' hook the old turntable up to the soundcard and burn some CD's for the young 'uns after being taken back down this memory lane.

(this tune is still recorded better than anything I've ever done) . :D

Have you ever heard "The Chipmunks Sing the Beatles"? It's awesomely good....all the harmonies just like the Beatles down to the odd panning they used to do. You need a copy of this.....I'll try to get you one.

I have the Chipmunks Christmas CD. Kids love it. Ok I like it a bit too. This one was fantastic, I loved it.

And I still want a hula hoop too.

Thats cool that they did a Beatles album and a Punk album! The Chipmunks sure captured my imagination when I was little. We used to take the 45s and play them at 33 1/3 to hear what the real voices sounded like. Thats probably what first got me fascinated with the idea of recording. 40 years later, here I am ripping them off!

Well, its stuff like this that allows me to not take myself too seriously, which is a good thing for a guy like me. Thanks again for indulging me on this one!
