Multitracking in cubase

um, how do i multitrack in cubase, that is use my terratec ews 88 mt complete with 8 anaolgue inputs to record 8 tracks simutaneuosly, the soundcard is capable of it casue i did it in cooledit and it worked, there is some multirecord thing but i think that was refering to midi

it dont want to have to record in cooledit and inport into cubase
