multiroom recording & cable lengths

I need some help.

I want to be able to use one of my bathrooms to setup my amp and mic. I have a couple of options, and I need some help choosing the best method and least cost.

Option 1:

Place 4x12 and mic in bathroom running long speaker and mic cable out to amp and mixer. By long, I am talking about approx. 50'.

Option 2:

Place 4x12 with amp and mic in bathroom running long guitar cable and mic cable out to another room with mixer and PC.

The issues I see are:

Long guitar cable = loss of signal?? loss of treble??
Long mic cable (XLR) should not be an issue
Long speaker cable = expensive

Which would you choose and why?
 
:cool: Lets see if I can pass the test:
Have the amp in the middle, 25' speaker cable, 25' guitar cable, Still use the 50' mic cable.
See if someone can run the mixer/recorder for you.

Save money on speaker cable, no line loss on guitar signal.
