Is there any way in CEP that you can have multiple outs at the same time with the same thing coming out?

I want to have my monitors pluged in to outputs 1/2 on my soundcard and then outputs 3/4 go to my headphone amp. Is there a way that I can have both inputs playing the same thing at the same time?

Thanks

Guess you mean outputs..?
I solved it like this;

1/2 is my monitoring, 3/4 is headphones in vocal booth.
I want to hear everything, singer almost (no drums for example). I select the blocks she also wants to hear, copy them (loop duplicate) and put them in other tracks (you can also make a submix of it and bounce it to 2 channels or so). Now select 3/4 for these channels.

You cannot send one channel to more outputs. The only way to do this without creating new tracks is to do some external routing, but I won't recommend that.

Hay Tukkis,

I read what you were requiring but I still don't understand what you're trying to achieve. Maybe I'm a little new to this and don't understand so could you please fill me in a little?

Thanks.

Ok on my soundcard I have 4 outputs-1,2,3 and 4. Outputs 1 and 2 and plug into my speakers and inputs 3 and4 go to my headphone amplifier.

What I want is to have both sets of Outputs (1-2, 3-4) playing the same thing simultanously.

I also have Outputs 1,2,3 and 4 on my soundcard, but I think my situation is a little different than yours. Here's what I do with mine:
1 and 2 = port 1 from the soundcard.
3 and 4 = port 2 from the soundcard.

1,2,3 and 4 all go directly into an external 12 channel mixer.
If I wanted to, I can record from LEFT and RIGHT OUT back into the line-in LEFT and RIGHT to the soundcard.

I hope this had helped a little!

You can probably do this with your soundcard's mixer...

Like, if you by chance have a Delta, you can select Mon.Mixer as the output in all the tracks for CoolEdit, and then just turn up the outputs in the monitor mixer in your soundcard. Im sure you could do this with internal routing without a mixer
