Just so you know ..... the access to presets via footswitch is kinda clumsy.
I've gotten used to it and put up with it because the sound is so nice. I have a POD, J-Station, V-Amp2, Digitech 350 and several rackmount Digitechs. The only one that sounds close enough to the real thing for me is the Rocktron.
But in live situations ..... you can't see the readout if it's outside ...... and the only way to access any effects is to have them set up in a preset. Yoiu can make an effect controlable with the foot pedal but that's it.
And the small footswitches are hard to know if you've pushed it or not.
So for live work .... you really have to get used to it and you will curse it once or twice.
For recording none of this would matter of course.
and I have managed to get comfortable with it but I wanted to warn you about that.

Thanks for the info Lt. I'm just about to order one of these and I was wondering if the unit has a voltage selector, or does it run on 110V only ?

If so, I'll have to get a transformer to step down the 230V we hev jere in NZ

The best multi effects processor on the market hands down bar none is the Roland /Boss GT8 number one spot Me 50 comes in at number 2 spot.

well .... it uses a wall-wart so I'd think they'd just ship a different wart for over there but I've never had to do that, of course , so you should check.

Personally I would take all the money I was going to spend on a multi-effex pedal and blow it on a really nice overdrive pedal.

I've never found a single multi fx pedal that didn't sound crappy. But that's my own extremely subjective point of view.
