multi-i/p card : ISIS vs. the rest

Now I'm interesting in a multi-input audio card to record my band's demo. I need only 4 inputs for recording drums. So 4x4 is enough I think because I think I'll process anything inside my PC. And maybe at later I'll hook up a mixer to help with something.. (Is it help anyway?)
My question is ,there're a lot of audio card. And I find out that ISIS is quite cheap compare to the others. How's it? Anyone use it? Or do you recommmend the others?
Thanks for your input(s) :-)

PS. By the way I heard many talk about N-Tracks and I always have question in my mind that is it any diffirence between N-Tracks and program like Cakewalk , Cubase? What are they?
