It really pisses me off too the attitude that if I can't afford it so it's OK to steal it. I bet he would have a different opinion if his music he's working so hard to create get's lifted off the net and he didn't see a dime (assuming it's popular and all). I can't even imagine the hours that have gone into a program like cubase just to have some punk think that it's ok to steal it. Using this software to me is a privilage not a right. What if your hobby is dirt biking and you can't afford a bike, I would suppose it's ok to go steal one? Well gotta go, I need to go check the balance on my fat bank accont.

Well this explains a lot.About 6 years ago i had my guitar and amp stolen.I got lucky and found my guitar at the local pawn shop but the amp was never found.Our practice place was broken into & the rest of my band lost a good bit of gear also.

I guess some poor shmuck who couldn't afford to buy his own gear needed ours stuff to create and make their music.That makes it ok then.I feel much better now knowing i helped to support a hard up musician.

Man,i will sleep good tonight!

What a damn stupid idiot I have been! I still dont believe I actually typed all that bullshit, wtf was wrong with me, I feel like crying...what an asshole I was! If I had a time machine i would go back and wash my own mouth out with soap...I have no excuse; I was a self-inflated egotistical hacker moron I suppose...I am once again bumping this thread cuz I want all concerned to know that I realise what a DICK WEED i was. I was given a second chance, and I want all of u to know that I plan to do good by it.

Well, Columbo., regardless what you find hard to believe, there's no reason to have cracked soft-ware these days, when you can get pretty much anything you need for free without pirating.

BTW, all my software in my studio is legit. I use Ubuntu Studio at home.
