Hey all,
I've recently bought an MR8HD and I'm planning to use it for recording. My plan is quite simple:
I have access to an abandoned studio (i.e. no equipment and just the space). I have the following equipment:
In addition, we use the following equipment to play:
We used to record directly on the PC (using a SB Live! 5.1 card) but the sound was muddled.
I know it's asking a bit, but could someone suggest a way of hooking all this up?
I've recently bought an MR8HD and I'm planning to use it for recording. My plan is quite simple:
- Recrod instruments track-by-track
- Transfer them to the PC
- Mix and Master the tracks
I have access to an abandoned studio (i.e. no equipment and just the space). I have the following equipment:
- Spirit 32-Channel Mixer
- Alesis Power Amp
- Alesis Passive Monitors
- The multi-track (MR8HD)
- Mics (4 SM-57s, and a 5-piece Drum Mic Kit)
- The PC
- Tons of cables
In addition, we use the following equipment to play:
- Schector 6-String Electric Guitar
- Line6 POD 2.0
- Roland Guitar Amp
- Yamaha BB-404 Bass Guitar
- Behringer V-Amp Bass
- Ibanez SW65 Bass Amp
- Pearl Drum Kit (Don't know the model #)
