MR-8 recording onto 2 tracks

hi, my synth only has 1 jack for output to the MR-8 and i want to record onto two tracks simultaneously in stereo using both the input A and input B unbal input jacks.
how would i do this? it seems there are cables with only single jacks available to buy and if they are dual, they are dual-jacked at both ends of the cable. which wouldn't work with my synth since there's only one output.

what can i do?

any help/advice would be great

First question is whether you synth has stereo output. If so, what kind?

it does have stereo output. what kind, i don't know. it's just one jack that says 'phones/output' beneath it.
would that be RCA or something?
