What is the best way to have sounds permanently loaded into this machine. Is there an expansion kit or such.
Also, I have a CD Rom on the SCSI input for loading samples. The samples, as it were, other than the ones that came from Akai, are not clearly marked for identification on the discs nor for that matter, is there a master list identifying each sample. This makes finding each sound a job becuase one must first map out the sounds and then, every time they are needed search throughthe discs for the wanted sounds. Why do the makers of th ese discs crap out on the most important thing in terms of usefullness? If they clearly marked the samples, it would make life so much easier.
Last question, how can one make a press roll on the Akai without making an entirely new sample. Can this even be done?
