I just got interested in ocremix.org which is chock full of video game remixes. I tried my first atempt ever on burning music, and failed miserably cuz i couldn't find a way to put mp3's on a cd. I was able to find some of the songs I like on Windows Midea Player and tried to burn the music there. I got hit with another problem, for some odd reson I can't get more than one song on the cd-r.

To sum things up, how do I burn mp3's onto a cd and...*shakes head and grumbles*... how do I put more than one song onto the cd?

Hey Wolf, welcome to the BBS.

Usually you need to convert an mp3 to a wav file before you can burn your cd. The software will then change the wav to a cda file while burning it. Depending on your hardware and software that step may be necessary, so I'd give the mp3 to wav file conversion a try and see if that works for you.

mp3 confusion

Mostly depends on what you want to play your music on. On cd-rw (alows to add tracks if cd is left open) on computer, on any cd-rom, on cd player(requires coversion as mentioned), or on multiformat dvd(rquires mp3 encoding). None of the formats are Forward compatible except cd to multformat dvd. Then there is mp3 and mp3 pro( some older programs seem to have some difficulty with mp3 pro) Watcha gonna do
