Does anyone know where I can get a program that will convert MP3's to .Wav's?

You can use Winamp to do the job too! Go to option -- > preference --> Plug-ins --> Output and there'll be a list of output device.. Change from WaveOut [OUT_WAVE] to Disk Writer [OUT_DISIK] instad.. You can configure some v value.. And then load up the file and click on play.. After finished the whole song.. here there is!!
Ps. Don't forget to change back to [OUT_WAVE] when you want to playback again!

Like Jelly said. Just go into winamp under options->preferences and select the Audio I/O tab. In this window you will see the available plugins for Input and Output. We're interested in the Output Plug-Ins. Change your setting from the Nullsoft WaveOut Plugin to the Nullsoft Disk Writer Plugin. Then hit the configure button to select the directory to which you would like to dump files.
Note: Be sure to set this back after you are finished, and be sure that you don't have Loop enabled!
