MP3 streaming?

Does anyone know of any good sites that handle 320kbps MP3 streaming and are free?
I am using Soundcloud at the moment which only streams at 128kbps, and I need to stream at 320kbps for my Mixing and Mastering website.

Why not just use M3U's on your own server?

Or you could give this a shot -- http://www.flashmp3player.org (Load it from the sidebar on my home page)

I use that as a pop-up... It's nice - Grabs whatever is in the folder.

I am using Wordpress but I can upgrade my account so I can embed scripts and PHP and upload most files etc.
Yeah I think I will look into that.

You could move the whole thing to Bluehost or something for like $6 a month and have unlimited space and bandwidth (and still run a WP-Powered site).

This is what I do. I have a wordpress blog and some cheap space with 1and1. I put all the media on 1and1 and just link to it from worpress. The other plus is the stat reports on 1and1 are way better than anything you get from wordpress and you have access to the raw logs.
