I've been having incredible amounts of problems with my Cubase VST/32 and Layla24 setup. It just seems that the entire system is unbelievably unstable. For a while, it'll work without a single problem, but when it does start acting up, it's at least 3-4 forced system reboots within one session. It seems when I close out of Cubase it causes the most freezes, followed by the blue screen of death. I'm not sure why...I've been thinking of upgrading my system to 2000, and there are drivers for Layla supported up to XP, however, I'm not sure how this works with Cubase...should I stay with 98 or is it safe to move up to 2000 or higher? I am not sure exactly which platforms VST32 is supported on. Is this a recommended move, is there anything I need to know from anyone's past experiences?
