I currently have an ugly corner desk that turns my equilateral stereo imaging triangle into a diamond!! I heard you should not have your setup in a corner so I am going to be rearranging and moving my setup to a better location...so let's say I'm facing a wall now instead of a corner...where would it typically be most important to put my first slab of absorption/diffusion?? I would think it would be directly behind the monitors against the wooden walls...is this a good place to start? Also, some acoustic foam has the familiar "teeth" cut into it..others look completely flat (and still other look like carpeting wrapped around a peice of wood)...whats better/best?
Thanks =)
Thanks =)
