The air distribution boxes are set in the plennum above the bathroom. This is as far away from the air outlets as we could get it. So, all the critical runs are as long as possible.

Above the Control Room a series of bends and turns are made for each line that goes to its specific room.

Well, that's where we're at.
They should be finished with the rough-in today.
The outside unit should be set today too.

Cool.....

(or at least I hope it provides enough of that in July!!)

It better be!
I told him I want to be able to hang meat in there.
:D

That air is gonna be tired by the time it gets around all those bends! What's the white stuff on the plenum connections and on the junctions?

Looks great though...

Mike

That white stuff is how they seal it.
Simple duct tape will loose its adhesion after time.
This stuff is like plastic; it'll last for ever.

Looking great Mike.My time has been eaten up lately sorting blocked drains, ah well could be worse... keep those pics coming your place is superb.

Cheers

Thanks guys!

I JUST had inspections done for the
HAVC rough-in
Electrical rough-in
Framing

I have a few punch list items on the electrical and the framing, but nothing unexpected.
I'm going to get the inspector out here tuesday to walk through the punch list items with me and then I'm on to insulation and drywall!!

Good news! Sheetrock is the home stretch!! Miserable work though- but it'll make you big and strong.

That means your one step away from trim and paint which is one step away from movin in. You sir, are getting close.

I've been fllowing so far and things look to be shaping up beautifully. Cant wait to start seeing fit/ finish pics.

BTW- Your first set of A/C pics reminded me of this guy :D

Home stretch? Yeah, sure right.

Mudding is the home stretch. I'm still mudding. If work would cooperate, I'd be done by now.
