Monitors

I have the Resolv 65a monitors. I have read numerous people tear the Samson monitors to shreds, but I am fine with mine. I think the cirtical thing wiht monitors is to get your ears tuned to them. Listen to lots of your favourite CDs through them and pay close attention to what you hear. I tested them in the store with M-Audio BX5 and Event PS6's. The Events were certainly better, but well out of my price range, the Samson's sounded better to my ears than the M-Audio ones. Maybe I will regret these monitors down the line, but so far, I have been happy with them, and compared to previously mixing with PC speakers and cans, I have made numerous massive improvements to my songs, and I find the stereo image that the 65a's create is pretty nice.
