Monitors And Power Surges

I have a power surge next to my monitors and whenever I turn the power surge on, I hear a buzz on my monitors. My monitors are magnetically shielded or so says the manual.

Anyone know what can eliminate this other than moving the power surge or monitors away from each other? I'm pretty comfortable with my current setup and would hate to rearrange everything.

Is there a lamp with a fade switch plugged into the power surge? Those fade switches always cause problems.

If you can move it and fix the problem, just move it.

Try replacing the power strip.
