Monitoring while recording...Help please!

I was listening couple of your original songs. Very nice! I can hear you like hard panning.
Maybe we could do one or two projects together. Unfortunately my spare time is about 1-2 hours a week so it could take some time but who cares.
Best way of learning something is actually doing it and solving particular problems where they take the place. I wouldn’t call it problems but challenge.
Send me a pp tomorrow if you’re interesting in collaboration.
Good night!

You could do this..

Stereo output from the computer into stereo inputs 7/8 on the 414

Stereo output from the 414 into your monitor system

Mic into any one of the 4 main inputs on the 414

use the 414's effects send 1 to send the mic signal into the computer

use the 414's effects send 2 to send the mic signal to an outboard reverb

use the 414's stereo inputs 5/6 as your reverb return

use the mic channel's main fader to monitor your live mic signal, along with the reverb and the computer's output on the 414's stereo outputs, while recording a dry signal

:)
