More fans!
When I built my last computer I installed three fans that normally take up the spaces for computer hard drives. OK I'm obsessive and compulsive about my computers
So I mounted my single hard drive directly in back of the middle fan, and so I've got the air circulating over, below and directly in front of my hard drive. Like I said, I get a little crazy when I build computers, but let's face it, heat is the single largest killer of computers. Don't really think you can over do, when it comes to computer cooling.
