mobile pre usb preamp/audio interface mic is not working =[

okay so i just got this preamp right here

and i was wondering if anyone else had the problem of not getting there stereo mic input(1/8") to work

cuz vista seems to not be recognizing sound at all from it

at first i thought it was just the headset so i went out and bought another one but nope that didnt help at all

and i updated to the vista drivers and nothing happens ether





any help would be great, i just wanna play Counter-strike and talk trash to people! lol

well i guess im bout to find out!!
im trying to get through to tech support and ive already been on tha line for 30 min =[
 
well damn it ended up being a defect in the mobile pre so im sending it back to where i bought it from =[

the m-audio tech guy said his works just fine on vista so idk

why me.... =[

lets hope comp-u-plus doesnt give me a hard time about sending it back
