Mixonic

The only discs I have gotten from Disk Faktory are black on silver and I think they're done by ink jet. Not bad and I've had no complaints, but definitely not like what you'd get from a full run.

I've used Mixonic several times without a hitch. They work fast and the CD printing is of good quality. It's obviously not the same as silkscreening but their process (I think it's inkjet) looks fine for demos, shortruns, etc. They also offer traycard and insert printing, although I've never used it. The print job holds up well to moisture, scratching, etc. I assume they are using a coating process once the disc is printed. They will print a single disc, so for four or five bucks (plus shipping) it's easy to check out the quality for yourself. You can design your own disc using their online software and even upload your own images.
