Hey all,

I was just wondering if any of you guys mind mixing my music for me via the net because my skills aren't so tight when it come to mixing my work.... All the work I send to you would be for mix-tape usage only, so I will only be raping to commercial released instrumentals.

So if you love mixing music please help me out if this your thing and you'll love to benefit your mixing skillz. I will highly appreciate the help, so I thank you in advance.:)

I don't think you'll get very many positive responses, if you're expecting it done for free. How long you been spittin' btw?

Actually I was looking for positive feedback because I'm not asking for someone to mix and master my music from scratch for FREE!!! No..... I'm just simply asking one to mix and edit my vocals then level it out on an already commercial released instrumental! Thats it!

I mean, if its that serious, I don't mind paying at all just to get what I'm looking for. But, I'll be recording with my own equipment and on my own time and all I'll have to do is send it to you to be mix (via the net), so how much can possibly charge me for that? I'm all ears so your all free to throw some prices at me.........

If you're just rapping over commercial instrumentals, then what is there to mix?:eek:

i guess he wants to make a freestyle track for possible distribution via mp3 for DJ's and shit like that............. or a mixtape project....

most of my instrumentals come mixed via mp3, but they be original tracks, so i know what he's trying to say, but i'm not sure he's gonna get someone to drop what their doing to mixdown his track though.....

i will help you out on this man if you want......im not the greatest but i think i can do this for you.... http://www.myspace.com1vicious are couple my tracks...like i said im not claining im that great but i think im decent

If you're just rapping over commercial instrumentals, then what is there to mix?:eek:

1) Dealing with the sibilance.
2) Using the right amount of compression for the vocals.
3) Adding the right amount of reverb to the vocals.
4) Adding the right amount of delay to the vocals.
5) Using the correct amount of Eq.
6) Making sure the levels are right and the instrumental are not overpowering the vocals or reversed. And make sure the Adlibs and dubs are at a fair level..

Need I say more.... Obviously I'm having problems with these things...

And thanks for the help Ikon, I guess you want me to keep in contact with you through your myspace. Also, I've heard you Grinch song it actually sounds really good....
