Mixing Questions?!

It seems to be the majority that the beats we make aren't mixed properly, so we were wonderin' if some of yall could give us mixing advice so we can achieve better mixes.

B is right. Listening is the key to mixing. Compare your mixes to what you consider to be a well mixed song. Find what it is you like about it and try to adjust your mix to sound more like it.

I compare my shit to Master P's Ghetto D. My music doesn't sound shit like it but No Limit had the hotest signals with mad bass and the shit was clear and the loudest i've ever seen. Dre's shit it tight too.

Also do a search for the SPINSTERWUN posts. He posted a lot of good info about mixing and EQing. Knowing the basics helps.
