This turned out to be quite the interesting and enlightening thread. Glen, your point is not lost here, this could easily have turned out quite differently. BTW, hope the burgers were good. Mine was up at Lake Tahoe, followed by some excellent skiing.
Al's points rang equally true, and I think this entire thread is practically textbook material for aspiring AEs on the business end of things. Business growth almost always involves risk taking, and it can always end up going either way. In the real world, the best you can usually do is stear clear of the obvious sink holes, and manage as best you can the risks that you do end up taking. (jeez, that sounded like the "read the prospectus" tag line at the end of a mutual funds commercial)
