Hi all

I recorded a project which is going to go on cable TV. I used my firepod to record a live video shoot. I've mixed it and it will be sync'd with the video. I did a mono mix and a stereo mix and I removed some reverb and panning on the mono mix. Just wondering what levels I should master it at and any other issues that you can think of for a TV mix.

Here's some samples

You might have to search a bit as I left plenty of room between takes

I'm also finding the mixes a little brittle, maybe due to the room or the fact I'm using a live vocal mic?

I think they sound fine for a live shoot. I dont know much about mastering for tv but I would think that so long as you have a decent volume it shouldn't matter much as they will add their own compression and expansion to it anyway for the broadcast.
