Mixing for Jazz Combo, Feedback Requested!

Hi, I just finished recording for a jazz combo with vocal, trumpet, bass, piano, and drums and attempted to mix it a little.

This is my first attempt to mix a tune so any help or advice would be appreciated!
Any advice on the performance aspects are welcome as well.

The bass, drums, and piano all sound very lovely. My only real beef is with the vocal. For lack of a better term, it's got kind of a "dopey" sound to it. Part of that may just be his voice, but I think it could be helped out with some EQ. I think it could do with some cut around 200Hz and maybe a boost in the highs and high mids for a little air and presence, respectively.

It sounds better to me on "You Don't Know What Love Is," but it's still there a bit.

I think both entire mixes could benefit a little too from a low shelving cut around 40 Hz or so to tame a slight muddiness down there.

But everything else sounds really great. Nice job!

mix sounds good i guess. but the singer lacks enthusiasm

Thanks for the advice, I tried it out and overall it sounds a lot clearer!
