Hey guys I was just wondering, i use a lot of midi from massive machine & Kontakt, i never rally put any of my logic plugins on any of them, besides maybe Rever Delay and sometimes EQ, and the rare tremolo or pitch rise if i need, but should i be compressing or limiting the kicks and stuff, the bass? what do you guys do?

Most dance music components are already well tamed when it comes to dynamic volume changes. If you are using a dance kick sample its going to be consistent sounding throughout the entire track. Same with a midi bass. Its not going to need taming like a real bass would.
Dance Music is slammed when mastered. Experiment with an exciter, mulitband and limiter in your master buss. If you like.
