Mixing Beat Lady Gaga Type Tune

I am in the process of mixing a Lady Gaga type tune with a whole lot of midi instruments. It sounds very crowded... The only 'real' instruments are the voice, back-vocals, and electric guitar. Any tips out there?
 
What exactly is the problem? Do you want to keep all the MIDI tracks in the mix? Or are you willing to take some of them out? Or turn down the volume of some, or get rid of some MIDI tracks you don't need?
 
I think that the problem is mostly that I can't find the right spot for every instruments. Some things gets lost at some point... Where should I start, the vocals or the bass drum and snare?

You should start at whatever you think the focal point of the song should be. If it's the lyrics...go with that. If it's more "dance" oriented, then go for the drums.
