I'm looking for a small/medium sized mixer.

It needs to have sweepable mids, a minimum if 4 XLR ins, and rca outs.

Any recommendations? Modern or older models are fine, I really have no preference.

The TASCAM M-30 ;)

that will do...

it's hard to tell from the pic, but does that have sweepable mids? I think I only see 3 controls where the eq would be.

Sorry I couldn't get a better pict but all my gear is packed .. :(

It has a sweepable low, sweepable mid and fixed high. It also has 6 xlrs for mics and a boat load of RCA connectors. It's also a mid sized mixer. Exactly what you've been wanting! ;)

Looks mint Cjacek. :)

I agree, the M-30 or even a 312b if you have the space and want a few extra channles. I can't remember, does the M-30 have phantom power?

I'm so gald i heeded the excellent advice (Thanks Ghost, Dave, Herm)
and avoided something new and inexpensive when i was in a rush to buy.

I believe it was Beck that once said it here of the older Tascam mixers "Tascam under promised and over delievered."

My 312b is EXACTALLY what i wanted (and more), but thought i couldn't afford.

Hey, thanks Bill! :) Yeah, it's dead mint. I got it a while back, "new in box"! Not even a spec of dust or finger print on it! :D

The m30 does not have phantom power but its relative compact size makes it desirable to the original poster. ;)

I agree about the 312B and the entire 300 series being magnificent but they are quite large.....but then again you already know that! ;) :D

"Tascam under promised and over delievered" indeed ;)

M-30 schematic

Does anyone have a schematic that I can get a sacn or copy of, my headphone amp is not working. Any help appreciated! I love my M-30. Just sold the M-1508. I really like the sound quality of the M-30.
