Mixer to attach to SB Live digital i/o

I'm looking for a small mixer with good preamps that has digital out so I can connect straight to my SBLive. What is the most common/useful mixer to use for this kind of setup?

Check out the Fostex VMO8 or the Tascam TMD1000, though there are lots of other options.
