Mixer Question

I have a Boss BR-1200cd and it only has 2 mic inputs. I really want to record drums but they are sounding kind of quiet and dull with only two mics and i would really like to use 3 or 4. Is there anyway I could hook up my other external mixer so I can record through it and use its mic inputs. Or do you have any other ideas on how to mic a drum set

Connect the mics that you want to use on the drums, then connect the stereo outs of the mixer to the inputs on the Boss unit.

The only thing you have to worry about is getting the mix right before you commit it to 'tape'. You will have a hard time fixing in later on if it's not tracked right.
