Mixer/interface

I'm trying to find a particular mixer/interface that was released, I believe, this past march. From what I recall, it was a fully functional mixer and a recording interface. Does anyone know of this product or any similar ones? Basically, I'd like to be able to have a mixer to use live with a built in interface, so that I can demo songs and delve deeper into home recording, but mostly so that I can make the occasional live recording.

In a sense, I'm asking for recommendations for a good live/studio mixer with a built in interface.

You may be thinking of this or this or this. If you haven't really explored recording yet, the third one is probably a good one to go with.
