mixer help...

I am looking at two mixers that are currently on sale at a local pawn shop, the first is a 12 channel soundcraft spirit folio (just the regular old one), and a mackie micro series 1202(just the regular old one). If given the choice which one would you buy? or should I maybe consider another mixer?

All things being equil, I'd go for the Soundcraft. A step up all the way around from the 1202.
