Mixed To Two Tracks??

I have a demo cd that i've been looking to get mastered, but i really don't know to much about mixing nor mastering. I'm sure this a fairly simple question, but how do you mix down a master to two tracks. Also , does anybody know of any affordable mastering websites that don't rip you off.
 
What are you using to mix your tracks. In software it's usually a function called "bounce to disc" or something like that. RTFM. It would be at the end of the chapter titled "Mixdown".
