Mixdown to AudioCD

Hello.
Is it posible to make mixdown like that on the picture below that every song is on another track... make mixdown and burn cd and every track on the audio cd will be SEPERATE SONG ?

I'm assuming that each track is a separate song. In that case, highlight one track at a time, and do a mixdown of "selected clips". You will end up with that track on a stereo mix.

Then repeat for each one.

Yeah, mixdown each track to a *.wav file. Once you have the WAV files on your HD, create an audio CD using whatever software came with your CD burner (Nero, Sonic RecordNow, etc..)
