Mixdown and mp3

I'm using the 24-bit n-Track on my new Dell computer. When I go to mix down a song, I check the "create a mp3 version" box, but when the song is finished mixing down, I get a message that says Bladeenc is not installed on my computer.

I've been to the website and downloaded the necessary files and placed them where I'm supposed to, but the same thing keeps happening.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, Nick. I've no clue.

I've been using N for 5 years and have never used it to create MP3s. I've felt for some time that Blade isn't the best tool. Might I suggest DBPowerAmp? http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
