That book helped me a lot. I never tried mixing any of the practice songs from the website. I'm not quite getting the energy in this mix that I can hear must have been there in raw tracks. I hear plenty of bass (maybe too much) and high end, but something is lacking in the midrange. Sorry, that's as specific as I can be.
