1) Detune the four (4) lugs located next to the snares
2) Change the tuning on the toms to reach a frequency that creates less sympathetic vibration
3) Hang a towel (or other dense material) between the toms and the snare to "absorb" the tom vibration.
i have a picilo snare so i don't know if this will help you but here it
goes!!!!! tune the top head really hi. tune the bottom head just
low enoght where the head tuches the snares.
if your recording your snare you could try mic placement.
try detuning the toms a bit.
you can also gate the snare during the mix.
but, whatever you do, don't choke the snare by tightening the snares too much, neither use tape or anything to physically restrain their vibration. it'll sound like shit.
