Tascam 301 mk2

this is the MD player that I have access to I want to record a demo (guitar, bass, vox,possibly drums).Is this possible?

It can certainly be used, but it is not a multitrack unit... it is a 2-track unit along the lines of a cassette deck or DAT....

Unless you're recording all instruments live-off-the-floor kinda of thing, it's not going to be very useful.
