i'm thinking of recording and documenting

some of these sessions

and need mic suggestions



i was thinking one of the cheaper

low end chinese ldc's

might be good for this

to accentuate the crackling sound

but wonder if the braying of the ass

might tend to mask this



also, what room setup might be indicated

(other than the obligatory

pooper-scooper, of course)

perhaps a binaural mic setup rigged by clipping lavalier mics to the ears of the ass to record the sound as the ass will actually hear it?

the weird way you type?

it makes everything you say

sound really fragmented

and give me a mental image

of someone who is out of breath

trying to tell you something

but just doesn't quite have the

air to get it all out in one go

so what gives?

Jeeze... I thought I'd seen and read everything, but this REALLY takes the cake. Maybe I'll take up fly fishing if this is where the latest trend in recording is taking us. I'm speechless.
