want to ask what's the method u'd like to use it when u want to mix down midi track to audio track?

MIDI is not audio, it's control information (i.e, note, volicity, etc.). So MIDI track plays/controls a module ( drum brain, synth) and you record the audio from the respective module. Don't know what you record on but most likely the track will be recorded as a WAV file .

The old fashioned way is to route analog audio out of your keyboard/drum module/external synth into audio input of your audio recording device. It can be your computer, 4 track machine, dedicated DAW, etc. or even 2 track cassete recorder.
If you're using PC with internal synth and decent sequencer/audio multitracking software (like DXi with Sonar or VSTi with Cubase) then you only need to use "Bounce to tracks" function in respective application to convert MIDI track into audio track.
Be more specific about your gears, and maybe we can help you find the best way.
