When I recorded my midi piano tracks to audio (following instructions in cw faq#28) i had the following problems:
1) the piano came out really quiet - so quiet you can hardly hear it, even though the volume is set at 127
2) there is a lot - I mean a lot - of background noise - like circuitry noise or something - so that if I try to increase the volume of the audio tracks that noise itself becomes the loudest thing on the track. This noise is my biggest headache.
3) I put the source of the audio tracks to left and right sblive - but the right of my sblive seems to pick up hardly any sound. this is also true when recording audio -I always have to arm the track to sblive left because the signal to the right is extremely weak.
If anybody has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Malgo.
