Ok, quick question-
If I got a M-audio USB Midisport, plugged it into my midi keyboard, ran it through Cubase VST would I be able to get all the cool vst synth sounds on my keyboard to record with?
Is it as simple as this? Or am I missing somthing?
Thanks in advance.

) Cubase recognizes and picks it up. Then you can make Cubase VST sounds play by triggering using the keys on the keyboard. If you are looking to record sounds from your keyboard, then you would send the audio outs into your AUDIO interface and record in Cubase as AUDIO files.
