hello my MIDI friends

I start with taking a MIDI-song from the internett,
When I Import a MIDI-song, I get 1 (one) track with all the midiinstrument,
then I convert the MIDI-file so I get a new set of MIDI-files/tracks (6- 7,78,9, ...)
then I mute the original MIDI-file and I have a set of >MIDI-files to work with,
and this work fine...
so the problem; when I start my new project of the MIDI-song (all tracks), I loose my own make Volun, EQ,Effect etc, with other words; all the paramenst from the original is comming back; Volum, Eq, Effects.....
It seems like it get an controll-puls right after the start wich resett the MIDI-set.... (I can see the VU-meters turns up/down quickly..)
I know there is a very easy sollution for this, but I dont know how.
So how do I make my MIDI-song to be mine without have to mixing it in everybegining...
senserly yours
The man from the North

Sounds like there's MIDI control data at the beginning of each MIDI track. This needs to be deleted by using the grid editor.

Hello,

Have you looked on the List Editor? You can modify the program changes using the list editor, select the MIDI and go to the MIDI menu > Open list editor.

Best regards,

There are some Editors there which can save pure data from a read MIDI, removing all controllers which perform bank change and other unwanted things.
