I am going to sync an Alesis Q6.1 synth, a TC Helicon Voiceworks harmonizer, possibly a Boss DR550 drum machine, and a Yamaha AW1600 multitracker to a software sequencer, Reaper probably. I was planning on getting a MOTU Micro Lite midi interface to accomplish this but have noticed that it does not appear to support MMC. Is this capability something I would need, or find useful, to have the AW1600 tell the other devices what to do and when to do it? Or am I way more confused than I think I am?
