Midi Interface

I am setting up my equipment to start recording again after a long time out of the game, about 5 years. Since then I have bought a Gateway Laptop with a Centrino Processor that I intend to use in the new setup.

I need to get an interface that I can plug into the laptop's card slot. Can anyone recommend a good one for me to look at ?

I don't know about card slots, but I have an M-Audio USB MIDI interface that works perfectly and cost maybe $50.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the M-Audio MIDI interfaces. They're all USB though, not sure if there even is a CardBus midi interface.
